WHY HEAT YOUR POOL? BECAUSE A COLD POOL IS A CLOSED POOL! |

| Over the last 20 years
we have compiled and examined our data, the fact is, the majority of
our customers helped us determine that the majority can tolerate
swimming in temperatures around 80 degrees, but are comfortable when
the water is much warmer. As you can see by the temperature chart to the right, the average swimming pool temperatures in our major Florida markets are only tolerable, in the low 80's, for a short time. This equates to an average swim season of only 144 days. |

WHEN I LIVED UP NORTH WE USED TO GET EXCITED TO OPEN THE POOL IN THE SUMMER! Many of our customers including the owners of Abundant Energy Inc., have lived in cold climates. There was a time when we had become so accustomed to ONLY swimming in the summer! Guess what!? THIS IS FLORIDA! The vision of palm trees and white sandy beaches that vacationers refer to as paradise exists all year long. In your backyard exists a vacation every day, a place that others will envy and your family will love! Have you ever called a friend or family member who still lives up north over the holiday season bragging to them, about being in the pool while they are shoveling snow, and been telling the truth? I have, fortunately my pool temperature is over 80 degrees for 11 months or more of the year! In South Florida, there is no reason to close a pool down for the winter. Unfortunately, a cold pool is the same as being closed. The only difference is that you will pay to filter, maintain, and balance the chemistry all year long. |
